Double Excellent for Cranford – Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI)
Cranford has been awarded 'EXCELLENT' in all categories by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) at its most recent Compliance & Educational Quality Inspection. The detailed and robust inspection took place in November 2022 and praised the school for both pupils' academic and personal development.
The ISI Report serves to re-affirm Cranford’s aim and success in providing the highest quality of education and development; to create an environment which fosters each pupil’s well-being; to foster a strong sense of community; and to encourage pupils to embrace a sense of curiosity and a life-long love for learning.
The inspectors judge the success of the school and outcomes for pupils under two over-arching categories – the Quality of Pupils Academic and Other Achievements and Pupils’ Personal Development. The school was judged to be ‘Excellent’ in both categories. The report is a rich reflection of school life at Cranford and takes particular note of pupils and pride in their school.
"We are delighted to be able share that Cranford has been awarded the highest possible outcome – ‘Double Excellent’ – in our recent Educational Quality and Regulatory Compliance inspection. I am incredibly proud of our pupils, school and community here at Cranford and a visit from the Inspectorate is always a wonderful opportunity to open the doors and share everything we do in school."
