Gold for Cranford House
There were fantastic scenes as Cranford House's Judo team scored gold this weekend.
Saturday saw our team heading for the High Wycombe Judo Centre for the event which attracted over 120 entries from independent girls' schools across the region. The standard of Judo was exceptionally high, but Cranford pupils from Years 5 to 8 aquitted themselves with great skill, courage and determination, coming away with a superb haul of two gold medals, one silver and a bronze in four categories.
Many congratulations to all eight of our team members, with special congratulations to Gemma of Year 8 and Claire of Year 6 who both won gold, Charlie of Year 7 who won silver and Hannah of Year 7 who scored bronze.
