World Book Day 2018
The snow didn't stop the fun as the whole school from Nursery to Year 11 marked World Book Day in spectacular style!
Classrooms were transformed into living story books as Paddingtons, Oompa Loompas and Gangsta Grannies (to name but a few) joined in celebrating the joy of reading for pleasure. With special book quizzes created by staff, a costume parade and a chance for pupils to Drop Everything And Read all taking place, books and reading took top billing throughout the day. Well done to everyone for producing such imaginative costumes, particularly our Year 11 pupils who all came dressed as Roald Dahl characters!
