Year 9 Sixth Form Design Day
Interior Design, Architectural layouts and presentation skills were all on the menu for our future Sixth Formers in a special Design Day held here at school.
Our Year 9 pupils came up with six sensational designs for their new Sixth Form Common Room. Helped by Architects, Day Tanner, and Interior Designers, Life @ Nettlebed, they brainstormed concepts and colour themes, before building their own visual mood boards and drawing up floor plans. After a presentation masterclass, the day culminated in pupils revealing their own designs and ideas to their peers and a panel of judges.
Miss Bray, Head of Year 9, commented, "The pupils were really determined and achieved so much in such a short space of time. Their ideas were original, innovative and inspiring. Well done, everyone."
